Newgale Lodge is up on the hill near the beautiful Newgale Beach and the wonderful coastal path.
This is a lovely weekend to enjoy yoga, meditaion and relaxation; while also taking in the fresh sea air. You can walk along the beach, or have a more strenuous walk along the coastal path. at this time of year the waves are strong and and the sea breeze blows away the cobwebs and energises us ready for the coming winter.
The accomodation is a mix of a not too basic bunk house-- Skomer and a more upmarket cottage -- Caldy House.
Weekend prices include accomodation all food, refreshments and Yoga
